Proway & Hydrorelax Celebrates 20th Anniversary at Elfin Castle
Proway's team, founders, and business partners gathered to mark the company's 20th anniversary with a memorable celebration.
On June 20th, the celebration took place at the Elfin Castle Garden Restaurant in Hangzhou. With a fresh green theme and a focus on “缘,” it was the perfect summer setting for this meaningful milestone.
Today, Proway & Hydrorelax has grown into a 30-person team, serving over 200 business clients with thousands of successful projects. Proway is now a trusted supplier of spa, bathtub, and shower enclosure across Europe and North America.
“Our 20-year journey is proof of our customers' trust and our team's dedication,” said Proway CEO Jonny in his opening speech. “We've faced financial crises, downsizing, COVID-19, and setbacks—but also moments of rapid growth. Through it all, we've stayed true to our values and adapted to change. That’s the real strength of our team.”
Jonny then interacted with business partners, sharing stories of their past collaborations and efforts with the company. Our team representatives presented flowers to all the partners, bringing the atmosphere to a lively high point.
Among the speakers was business mentor Mr. Fang, who was invited to give a speech. He shared, “I've known Jonny for years. His drive to explore new opportunities and his steady optimism are what carried Proway through the ups and downs of the past 20 years.” He added that Proway should continue to aim high, stay confident, and take the Hydrorelax brand further—into broader, deeper, and more premium markets.
As a surprise guest, French client Jacob also joined the celebration. “I'm truly happy to be here for Proway's 20th anniversary,” he said. “Everything about the event was thoughtful and impressive. I wish Proway continued growth and global success in the years ahead.”
Peter ( Proway Vice President) read a heartfelt letter he wrote for the occasion, reflecting on his 18 years with the company.
From just one or two after-sales staff in the early days to today's comprehensive organization—including product design, production management, in-house equipment, and a dedicated sales team—he's seen it all. “I've witnessed Proway grow from the ground up,” he said passionately. “And I believe I'll see it reach even greater heights.”
The celebration continued with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, cake cutting, a shared lunch, and group photos to mark the special day.
