Proway & Hydrorelax (June & July) Bi-Monthly Sprint Kick-Off Meeting
The meeting began on the morning of May 29, 2025, with a warm recognition of the top-performing team members from April. Anne, Cissy, and Oliver were invited to the stage to receive their awards. Notably, Cissy surpassed her goals last month, achieving an impressive 345% completion rate. This key recognition is a long-standing tradition at Proway & Hydrorelax, aimed at motivating employees, fostering team cohesion, and driving company growth. After Yuki outlined the goals for June and July, the bi-monthly sprint officially kicked off.
The senior leadership team then delivered speeches.
''Our clients need more competitive pricing and exclusive custom products, as the market competition is fierce—both from industry peers and external factors,'' said Peter, Proway's Vice President. After discussing the risks and opportunities currently facing the company, he highlighted key strategies in production and pricing to ensure Proway stands out in this intense market environment.
To meet customer expectations, Peter announced that, after discussions with the production team, they've optimized product pricing, giving Proway a competitive edge. Additionally, they plan to increase investment in developing in-house products to boost brand value and market share. Starting in June, Proway & Hydrorelax will begin individual negotiations with VIP partners to enhance exclusive services, including product protection and more collaboration benefits.

Before the meeting concluded, Jonny invited team members to share their insights, linking the key points of the meeting to their own work. Everyone was enthusiastic, agreeing that while the challenges ahead are significant, the direction is clear, confidence is high, and team collaboration will be even stronger.
