On August 15, 2025, We at Proway & Hydrorelax held our annual summer conference. The meeting reviewed results, market plans, customer service, and future goals. It stressed the importance of strong client ties, product promotion, and market growth. With teamwork and innovation, our company aims to reach the targets set earlier this year.
The event began with recognition. Proway & Hydrorelax values both personal effort and team spirit, rewarding those who step up and perform well. Employees with outstanding work in June and July were named 'Outstanding Employees' and received applause and awards in a warm atmosphere.

The top performer was Cissy, Hydrorelax's sales manager. She gave an inspiring speech and shared a success case built on close teamwork with clients: 'Confirm early, produce early, ship early, deliver early.' This efficient approach helped her reach 129% of her personal target, making her a standout leader and showing the company's 'customer-first' values in action.
Other team members also shared their insights on client work. For new clients, the focus has been on listening and understanding, while offering professional and timely support in project planning and details. For long-term clients, regular follow-ups and thoughtful service have deepened trust and strengthened partnerships, winning recognition and praise.

As VP & GM of Technology, Peter said the strong results came from sharper product strategy and finding solutions that better fit client needs. Sales grew over 40% from May–June, with 16.3% driven by new products. Ice bath chillers, plunge tubs, spa controllers, and sauna parts all performed well, showing the market pull of innovation. He added the company will keep investing in R&D and promotion, guided by customer needs and market trends, to unlock more potential and give partners wider choices.
For the second half of 2025, Peter stressed steady progress and healthy client relations. Proway & Hydrorelax company will stay close to customer needs and offer targeted support, so every partner—new or long-term—can gain both confidence and long-term growth with Proway & Hydrorelax.

After the sharing and discussion session, the sales team took the stage to set new goals for the upcoming September Purchasing Festival and launched an energetic team slogan.

Jonny closed the conference by sharing insights from top industry leaders. He highlighted the company's plans to digitalize products and services and integrate branding with production. Jonny stressed staying close to the market through client visits and international expos—key to sustainable growth and helping partners make smarter, faster decisions.
After Jonny's speech, Proway company held the 2024 annual dividend ceremony. This recognized the hard work of all shareholders and team members and reflected the company's long-term, steady growth.

The conference ended on a warm note with celebrations. Teammates with recent birthdays received wishes and gifts, and outstanding performers enjoyed special surprises. Sharing joy and achievements strengthened everyone's sense of unity, closing the event on a high-spirited note.
