The team reviewed B2B market trends, changing customer needs, and planned the company's strategy for 2026.

CEO Jonny opened the meeting with a keynote speech. He said that as China's cross-border e-commerce continues to grow, B2B competition will depend more on understanding customer needs, making fast market decisions, and working closely with clients. Only by thinking from the customer's viewpoint can we build stable, long-term partnerships in the global market.

Jonny also shared his recent experience visiting customers in the United States and Europe over two months.

Through many face-to-face conversations, he gained a clearer view of customer challenges in product selection, supply chain issues, response speed, and market support. These real insights will guide Proway & Hydrorelax's strategy and execution in 2026, making sure the company stays practical and focused on customer success.

During the meeting, Jonny emphasized the need to better understand customers across different markets. He noted that communication, product solutions, and support should stay flexible to match local needs and clearly deliver Proway & Hydrorelax's value.

Several customers also expressed strong recognition of the company's product quality and service stability.Jonny reaffirmed three core strengths: reliability, solutions, and organization.

For 2026, the company will increase investment in product development and customization. Faster response to market changes and customer-focused innovation will remain key, while digital systems, cost control, and strategic optimization will continue to support long-term growth.

In the afternoon, members reviewed 2025 achievements and discussed plans for 2026. Jonny thanked the team for their efforts and encouraged continued practical and efficient execution in the year ahead.

At the end of the meeting, Marketing Director Kathy reviewed the overall performance and key data of the marketing team in 2025.

She noted that the focus for 2026 will be higher-quality and more structured product materials. This includes industrial design presentation, product images, and video content. The goal is to offer clearer and more visual product information, reduce communication time, and improve collaboration efficiency, so customers receive more professional and effective support.
