Finance Manager Fendy (who joined in 2007) and Accounting Director Jane (who joined in 2008) have spent 17 years building and refining our financial management system, transforming rigorous financial standards into valuable insights that support business decisions. International Trade Director Cissy has participated in 23 international trade shows and expanded into 5 emerging markets, continually boosting the global influence of Chinese manufacturing. Marketing Director Kathy, through her leadership of a digital marketing strategy, has driven an annual 37% increase in brand exposure.
A special mention goes to Ellen, who is absent from this photo due to maternity leave. This future mother, who successfully completed an interdepartmental collaboration system upgrade during her time at Proway, exemplifies the multifaceted role of women in the workplace with her professional attitude.
