ISC, a spa equipment company in India, needed a hard-to-find spa controller. Hydrorelax located a match and quoted within 4 hours, accepted a 10-set first order below the 30-set MOQ, then traced a dead heater to a pressure switch installed on the wrong side of the circulation pump.- Nigerian buyer SHMD asked for a steam shower controller with a "large control box" - a name that stalled the project for three years. Instead of judging by product name, Hydrorelax asked for market photos, matched the request to an integrated-type controller, and closed the order in 2025.
- In 2021, Southern European distributor SEFM shipped a worn SPA cover sample 8,000 kilometres to Hydrorelax by Proway for custom OEM production. The team measured every parameter, prototyped using their own material system, and achieved first-attempt approval in under a month. Five years later, SEFM has never changed suppliers.
- In December 2015, Hydrorelax founder Jonny visited GPP in Bremen, Germany — an e-commerce customer already assembling bathtub jets, drains and PVC fittings from Hydrorelax. Walking the warehouse and assembly bay first-hand shaped how we package and support European e-commerce partners today.
- In November 2018, the Hydrorelax team visited EEH, an Eastern European SPA manufacturer, to see how 70% of their components — pumps, jets, PVC fittings, LED lights, skirt panels and covers — work on the real assembly floor.
- 10+ year OEM/ODM partnership with FOT, an Eastern European bathtub & shower room manufacturer. Hydrorelax supplies 6/8mm tempered shower glass, aluminum profiles, 304 stainless pulleys, handles and water-stop strips — packed in custom wooden crates with very low sea-freight breakage since 2015.
