Wholesale Hot Tub Parts: Complete Spa System Kits Explained for Global Buyers

Dec 24,2025
At Hydrorelax, we often get similar questions from spa manufacturers in the U.S. and Europe:
"What exactly is included in your kits?"
"What's the MOQ? Can I mix different models in one order?"
"Will it fit our existing spa system?"

These questions all point to one thing, customers aren't just looking for single parts. They want complete, ready-to-install spa solutions.
This blog introduces Hydrorelax's wholesale spa system kits and explains how they support global buyers in making faster, smarter purchasing decisions.

Why Choose Complete Spa System Kits?

More and more buyers are choosing full spa system kits instead of ordering jets, pumps, lights, or control panels separately.
The reason is simple: a system that's fully matched and tested helps reduce compatibility issues and installation costs later on.

Key benefits of full system kits:
Better performance match
Every pump, jet, and pipe is tested together for balanced flow and power.
Easy to install
All components and wiring ports are pre-set at the factory, ready to connect.
Low MOQ
Each Hydrorelax system kit starts at only 20 sets, ideal for OEM trials or small runs.
Global certifications
CE, RoHS, UL, and TÜV approved for safe and compliant exports.

How to Choose the Right Spa Accessories Kit?

When selecting a system, focus on the following points:
1. Voltage and Frequency
North America (U.S. and Canada): 120V or 240V / 60Hz
Europe, UK, Poland, Lithuania: 230V / 50Hz
Other voltages and frequencies can be customized. Hydrorelax presets the voltage and connector type according to each market before shipment.

2. Lighting and Control Matching
For RGB lighting, we recommend adding a WiFi control system for synchronized color changes.
Control panels are available with multilingual displays.

3. Overall Considerations
Hot tub size and water capacity
Jet layout and spray direction
Pipe resistance and pump flow rate
User comfort and massage coverage
